Order Corrections

If you find you made a mistake when ordering, PLEASE contact us immediately so we may fix it BEFORE shipping. It's critical you contact us within the first 12-24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING. We ship all over the world, and have warehouses based close to our manufacturers and suppliers. Many items will be shipped from over-seas, so delivery times generally vary between 10 to 25 days after your order has been processed. You should receive an email once your package has been shipped with a tracking number.

Orders are processed next business day to allow time for any corrections. Business days are Monday through Friday.

NOTE: All products are not stored in the same warehouses. If you order multiple items, they may show up in separate deliveries. So if you receive a package and it's missing other ordered items, please be patient... another package is on its way to you!
